Tell us something that has happened that made you proud of your team.
I have always been very proud of being part of this team. Rather than telling you about something that happened, I'd mention the emotion conveyed to our guests by the people I have been lucky enough to work with. The pleasure felt by our clients is a great source of pride for me.
Which two adjectives would you choose to describe the spirit in the team?
It's a team that is attentive and available. I'd add that they are always ready to go further to make sure our clients are satisfied.
