At the restaurant L’Arpège, you will find brilliance not in the decorations (it’s chic but somewhat sombre), but on the plate. Joel Robuchon gets his inspirations not from the traditional French café, but from a Spanish tapas bar. High counters accompanied by stools, line the restaurant. All the same, the menu is original and the chef was awarded his second Michelin star in 2008.
